🐒 Why We Protect Monkeys

Once exploited for entertainment, the monkeys in our care were rescued from harsh and unnatural conditions. Many were kept in isolation, chained, or confined in small cages.

At Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary, they now live free — foraging, climbing, and forming natural social groups in the forest.

By supporting their care and creating safe habitats, we help undo years of cruelty. Monkeys are intelligent, emotional beings, and they deserve to live with freedom, respect, and protection.

Education and compassionate care are the keys to ensuring these beautiful animals have a future — and volunteers play a vital role in making that happen.
