🚨 Why We Rescue Cats & Dogs

Many of our dogs were once abandoned, injured, or abused. At Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary, they receive food, shelter, medical care, and love — many for the first time in their lives. Our mission is to give them the life they deserve and to inspire others to protect all animals, big and small.

Over 25 dogs now call our sanctuary home — each one rescued from a life of neglect, abandonment, or abuse. Here, they are safe, loved, and free to be part of a family again. With space to roam, friends to play with, and people who care deeply, every wagging tail tells a story of healing.

🌿 Come and Volunteer With Us

As a volunteer at Cambodia Wildlife Sanctuary, you’ll be part of something truly special. Help care for rescued elephants by preparing food, walking alongside them in the jungle, and supporting daily enrichment. You’ll also get hands-on with our beloved dogs and cats — feeding them, walking them, creating fun enrichment, and spending meaningful time with animals who truly need you. Whether you stay a week or longer, you’ll leave with muddy boots and a full heart. 🐘🐶🐱
